Will this base plate fit the 2020 Wrangler Rubicon with factory steel bumpers and skid plate? Is it compatible with my Demco Excalibur II tow bar?

Yes, the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit part # RM-521453-5 is a confirmed fit for your 2020 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with the factory steel bumper. To make this baseplate kit compatible with your Demco Excalibur II tow bar (which which is an older version of the Excalibur III part # DM9511013), the Demco Tow Bar Adapter # DM9523032 is all you need.

You will also need tow bar wiring, supplemental braking system and possibly a high low adapter to tow level. Please let me know if you do not have these parts and I can make additional recommendations.
