Question:

I am wanting to upgrade my 2018 Heartland Northtrail 25LRSS equalizer and replace the hanger bushings and other bolts with wet bolts. Since this has a 41-42 inch axle hub to axle hub width. I will need to use the Equa-Flex LC314336 unless there is something better out there for a reasonable cost. To do this, will ordering 2x K71-358-00 for the shackle kits and adding 4 LC126238 wet bolts which are 3 1/4 in long do the trick? Since the K71-358-00 kits come with 6 bushings each and the Equa-Flex equalizer has pressed in bushings for the center hanger and the two spring hangers, I can use the extra bushings for the 4 end hangers. Am I missing anything there with the bolt lengths or anything else. thanks

As long as the Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers # LC314336 have similar dimensions to your current equalizers then you can use it with 2 of the Dexter Heavy Duty Suspension Upgrade Kit # K71-358-00 like what you mentioned. For the sake of consistency though I do recommend using the Step Wet Bolt # 34007-187-00 with the Flange Nut # 006-092-01 as opposed to the Wet Shoulder Bolt # LC126238.

The suspension upgrade kit has enough wet bolts for the shackle straps and the front/rear hangers so you should only need an additional 2 wet bolts and 2 flange nuts for the center hanger that holds the Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers in place.
