Lippert replacement top does it come with out the switches?

The Replacement Top Cover for Lippert Components Electric Trailer Jack # LC285160 is only available with the switches on the front. It is the direct replacement cover for the 3,500 lb Lippert Electric Trailer Jack # LC285318.
The only similar top cover that does not have switches is the Replacement Cover for Stromberg Carlson Jack # JET-2500-02 which is the direct replacement for the 2,500 lb Stromberg Carlson Electric A-Frame Tongue Jack # JET-2500.
