Truxedo Lo Pro safety strap. I ordered the 13 inch strap but its too long and wont stay latched. Its almost like I purchased the straps for a long box instead of a regular box?? In my opinion I only need around a 10 inch long strap. I only see one style of strap available, can you help?

There are two different replacement straps, though the length is similar. One is the 13 inch Replacement Safety Strap for TruXedo Lo Pro and TruXedo Deuce Soft Roll-up Tonneau Cover # TX1118185.
The other is an inch shorter, the 12 inch Replacement Safety Strap # TX1115355.
