Are there 4x100 hubs available to match up with this axle?

The Dexter Trailer Idler Axle Beam # T20BTR-EZ-7258 that you referenced will match up to 2,200 or 2,000 pound hubs like the Dexter # 8-91-05UC1-EZ, which features a 4 on 4" bolt pattern. We do not have any 4x100 bolt pattern hubs available at all, as this isn't a very common pattern anymore.
You may be able to source compatible hubs with this bolt pattern locally through a trailer shop or re-seller, but you will need to make sure they use the right inner and outer bearings. The spindles on this Dexter Axle accept the # L44649 inner and outer bearing (1.063" inner diameter).
With that being said I think your best route is to go to the much more common 4 on 4" pattern of the above-mentioned Dexter hub assembly, as this will make it much easier to source replacement components in the future. If you need some new wheels to match please just let me know what size tires you are using and I will be happy to make a specific recommendation.
