I doubt you would run into any issues by going from a ST205/75R14 tire, like the Kenda Karrier # AM10235, to a ST215/75R14 tire, like the Kenda Karrier # AM10229, but you'll still need to verify that you have enough room to safely do this.

The 205/75-14 tire has a 26.14" diameter and 7.99" section width while the 215/75-14 has a 26.8" diameter and 8.5" section width. Since the difference is about 1/4" you should be just fine. We recommend having about 2" of tire to trailer frame clearance and then about 4" of tire to fender clearance to account for suspension travel.

You also need to consider that the larger 215/75R14 # AM10229 is a load range C and is rated at 1,870 lbs at 50 psi but the slightly smaller 205/75R14 # AM10235 is a load range D and is rated at 2,200 lbs at 75 psi.
