I am looking at the 104 model cover. My Roadtrek has a external tire cover on the back. Would the 104 model fit

The Classic Accessories Deluxe PolyPro III Heavy-Duty Cover # CA80104 should be a great fit for your 2008 Roadtrek 210 Popular RV (based on the specs I was able to track down), but I do recommend taking a measurement of the Roadtrek's overall length. This is important to make sure that rear spare tire doesn't extend its length beyond what the cover is designed to fit.
On the RV just measure from the front to the rear-most point on the RV, which is going to be the spare tire. As long as this length is less than 23 feet the cover will fit perfectly.
This is an extremely nice cover that features a PolyPro 3 fabric top to protect the vehicle from rain and snow and the PolyPro sides will do a nice job of preventing any scratches or sun damage.
