We have a Draw Tite hitch that fits your 1993 E-350 motorhome chassis but it's the part # 65001 and not the one you mentioned.

Hey Jim, I checked the install instructions for the Curt hitch part #33055 and they state that if a front plastic valance is present it will need to get removed. Sounds like that is what you are referring to and it would need to get removed.
