Yes, your wheel and tire size is perfectly fine to use with the Roadmaster Tow Dolly part # RM-2050-1 that you referenced. At one point Roadmaster listed this as only fitting up to 16 inch wheels but we've found that's not true currently. The vehicle in the review video I attached has much bigger wheels than that.
