Question:
I see that safety chains are required in Georgia for the Anderson Fifth Wheel retrofit Ultimate. How about California? I tried to google this question on line to no avail. Thanks

According to California Towing Code #29003: Every hitch, drawbar, coupler or other connection between motor vehicles towing must be securely attached to the vehicle and be strong enough to handle the weight of whatever you are towing.
So, you will need safety chains like the # RM3230 which are designed for use with your Andersen Ultimate 5th Wheel hitch # AM3200
