How do I measure rim offset inside of rim or outside

Expert Reply:
You measure rim offset by taking the full outside width of the rim and then measuring at the back from the outside of the rim to the part of the rim that will be making contact with the trailer hub. If this measurement is half of the width that you measured, then that means it has a 0 offset like the Provider Tire with Silver Mod Wheel # TA43ZR that you were looking at.
