The great thing about roof racks is that they're easy to remove, so they're well suited for use on leased vehicles. Even if you decide to lease a different make and model of vehicle after 3 years, in a lot of cases you'll be able to use the same crossbars and towers on your new vehicle by switching out the mounting kits. Since your 2019 Dodge Durango has a no raised roof rails in place, all of the kits available to mount this will attach to the vehicle with clamps, to make installation a bit easier to take on and off as needed.
I recommend going with the Yakima Roof Rack for 2019 Dodge Durango which is going to give you a high quality Yakima roof rack that will easily come on and off your leased vehicle. You will need the following parts:
Yakima 60" CoreBar Crossbars- # Y00422
Baseline Towers for Naked Roofs - # Y28TR
Baseclip Fit Kit - # Y06180
This rack comes with long crossbars that will allow you to use several different accessories at the same time like a cargo box similar to the Yakima Skybox NX 16 # Y95AV paired with a ski/snowboard carrier like the Yakima FatCat Evo # Y03096 or a bike carrier like the Yakima Front Loader # Y02103 .
