Question:

Hi, I have a 2018 Ram 2500 Diesel truck. I just purchased a Lance truck camper. When driving with the camper the truck begins to sway at 60+ mph and the sway amplifies to a dangerous extent. What product is best to stop the sway? The camper is on the lighter end of campers approx 2200 lbs. The truck hardly squats at all with the weight. Im open to any upgrades that will correct the issue

The most beneficial component that you can add/upgrade to help eliminate sway is an anti-sway bar, the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar part # RM-1129-135 in particular. The Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar will replace your factory sway bar and because it has a larger overall diameter will do a better job of helping to limit the sway you are experiencing with your truck bed camper at highway speed. The Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar also comes with polyurethane bushings that are more durable and provide more support than the existing rubbers ones installed on your truck now.

The Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar will do the most to reduce sway but there is also another component you can add that will help reduce the sway issues you are having as well, the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs part # SSR-312-47. I recommend installing the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar and then if additional reduction is needed you can add the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs.
