Yes, your 2018 Grand Design 230RL does have the observation system camera wiring ran to the running lights of the trailer for installing the Furrion Vision S system part # FOS05TASF. This allows you to be able to see behind you at any time by just turning on the head lights or running lights. Since not all trailers have a reverse light circuit and that as a trigger circuit would limit how you could use the camera setup that is why it's not ran to that circuit.
