The wall measures 69 inches the arm is 63 1/2 inches I’m actually just looking for though inner Drive arm measures 50 inches by inch and 3/4 by inch and 3/4

It sounds like you've got a damaged Solera 69" Standard Flat Awning Support Arm, Black # LC281154 and I may have a solution for you, but the inner arm portion of that is not available as a replaceable part. For that reason you would need a completely new # LC281154 for your awning, which would re-use your Driver head.
If you also need a new driver head then you can use the Solera Manual Pull Style Awning Drive Head, Black # LC272067 for a pull style awning or the Solera Manual Crank Style Awning Drive Head, Black # LC300031 for a crank style awning.
