Question:

Just want to verify these will work on a Lippert 7K axle 8 lug. Also can you tell me which lug nuts I need to go with these? And they do come with valve stems and center caps? I have seen some reviews stating the dont come with valve stems

The Aluminum Viking Series Valhalla Trailer Wheel - Black Spoke # AX02665865HDBML will almost certainly fit on your hub with 8 lugs because this wheel has an 8 on 6-1/2" bolt pattern, which is by far the most common size. However, to be absolutely certain you can measure, using the linked help article which details how to do so.

For lug nuts you can use the Chrome Trailer Wheel Lug Nut - 1/2" # 12CLN, and this wheel does in fact come with both the center cap and the valve stem, as you can see in the accompanying photo (the valve stem may be a bit hard to see but it's on the right hand side).
