Can the Hatch On a 2017 Subaru Outback Be Opened With the SuperClamp EX 2 Installed

Hi there. I have 2017 Subaru Outback and am planning to buy this rack. I have a question before I buy it from you. I thought I read an article or information stating that my trunk door can open and close while the rack is folded up as the rack is not in use. Could you confirm that? Thank you.

Yes, the rear hatch on your 2017 Subaru Outback Wagon would still be able to be opened and closed with the Saris SuperClamp EX 2 Bike Platform Rack part # SA4025F installed and the arms folded down. I have attached the review for you which I think you were referring to that confirms this. I have also attached a review video that shows the above as well.
