iten shown says Honda fit not confirmed,,,,need item to fit my Honda. What model do I need?

While the Curt part number you referenced is not the correct fit for your 2019 Honda Ridgeline we do have the Tekonsha 7-way kit part # 118288 that is a confirmed fit and would be exactly what you'd need. It comes with everything needed to install too.
