Question:
Would this toolbox have plenty of space for a smittybilt xrc 9500 winch, battery box and storage for chains, pull straps, etc?

According to my research the smittybilt 9,500 lb load capacity winch measures 22.3 inches long by 9.4" inches tall. The UWS A-Frame Trailer Toolbox - 4.1 cu ft - Gloss Black part # UWS01064 measures 20" long (front) 34" long (rear) x 18" wide x 21" deep so you should not have any issues using the box to store your winch. However, it is a good idea to compare the dimensions I have attached of the box to your winch and cargo just to be sure.
