Can the Truck Bed Cargo Camera Be Wired To An Existing Toggle Switch On a 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500

Question:

Do you have an installation video for part# 3460010 on a 2015 Silverado 2500 HD Crew Cab. Also, can the camera be connected to one of the unused factory toggle switches on the dashboard instead of using the supplied toggle switch and having to drill into the dash? Another camera from EchoMaster uses a menu option on the display monitor to toggle between cameras. Is this possible?

I do have an installation video of the Truck Bed Cargo Camera for 8" Factory Monitor part # 3460010 on a 2018 GMC Sierra 3500 (see below) but we have not yet had the chance to install this on a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 2500. That said, the process to install this camera will not be much different when comparing a 2018 GMC Sierra and a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado so it should still help.

I spoke with GCH and they informed me that you could indeed wire the system to an existing toggle switch but there would be no way to access the camera through the in-dash prompts.
