Question:

What hitch can be used on my 2014 Keystone Cougar 318SAB This RV has the bike rake on the back that you can extend out when you pull out the bumper. Just wanting to know if you have any hitches that might work with that set up.

I'm not quite sure what you are talking about when you mention the bike rack that extends out when you pull out the bumper but I can say that the Curt Trailer Hitch # 13703 you referenced is a universal fit so as long as your trailer frame is within 22" - 72" wide it will fit.

I then recommend using the Yakima LongHaul 4 Bike Rack # Y02476 because it can hold up to 4 bikes weighing a max of 37.5 lbs each, it comes with a limited lifetime warranty, and it gives you 10" of clearance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the back of the bike rack. This also comes with an anti-rattle hitch pin and locks for both the bike rack and your bikes.
