The Curt Double Lock Gooseneck Hitch part # C60720 and Curt EZr Double Lock Gooseneck Hitch part # C60683 are similar but not the same gooseneck hitch. They are both fits for your 2013 Ford F-250 but the EZr has center locator tool which makes for drilling the hitch ball opening hole much easier. They are the same save for the center locator tool.
