Tonneau Cover and Ladder Rack Combination for 2019 Ford F-350 6-3/4 foot Bed

Im looking to outfit my 2019 F350 Crew Cab, 6 3/4 bed, with a retractable tonneau cover and a ladder rack. I will be using the ladder rack to hold two kayaks and I already have Thule Dock Grips that I used on my prior truck that Im looking to reuse. Can I combine the Pace Edwards UltraGroove Metal Hard Tonneau Cover with the Thule TracRac Sliding Truck Bed Slider Rack? It looks like you could mount TracRac on top of cover rail assembly if needed.

So the Pace Edwards Ultra Groove tonneau part # 311-KMFA18A44 that you referenced is a confirmed fit for your 2019 Ford F-350 6-3/4 foot bed and since it's retractable and has a channel that allows a ladder rack to install would be perfect for what you are wanting. Pace offers a ladder rack that was designed to fit the channels of the cover specifically with the Pace Edwards Utility Rig part # 311-UR3007 which would be a great rack to carry your kayaks with. The load bars of this are not compatible with Thule kayak carriers so you'd have to strap the kayaks down to them.
If the kayaks are shorter you could install a Thule roof rack in the channels also. For that you'd need the Thule ProBar Evo Crossbar System part # TH713700, part # TH460R, and part # THKIT3101. Which will work with your Dock Grip.
The TracRac sliding ladder racks won't fit into the channels of this cover though.
