Expert Reply:
The Hopkins Heavy Duty Coiled Trailer Connector Adapter, part # HM47075 should fit your needs very nicely. When stretched, the cable measures 36 inches long.
If you were looking for something that did not have a coiled cord, an adapter could be constructed using a 7-way vehicle end plug, part # PK12706 and a 5-pole vehicle end, part # 20016. You could also use a 3 foot length of wire loom, part # 459075-1 (sold by the foot) for a neater appearance.
