Yes, the BOLT Spare Tire Locks like part # BL5922986 will work with either the Fulton Hi-Mount Spare Tire Carrier part # FHDSTC0101 or the Fulton Hi-Mount Spare Tire Carrier part # FSTC1000301 as they both use 1/2-20" carriage bolts to secure the wheel.
