Will this work on 2”receiver with BandW tow and stow rated at 10,000 lbs?

We have a hitch lock set that will allow you to lock the platform of the B and W Tow n Stow ball mount like the # BWTS10048B with the Rapid Hitch Trailer Hitch Lock and Adjustment Pin Lock Set # AM3492. The shorter pin can be used in the shank of the ball mount and then the longer one will hold the platform to the shank like what you see in the attached picture.
The Blue Ox lock would not work for what you are looking to do.
