In order to tow your Triton boat behind your 2017 Ram 1500 with the Lance 650 on board, you need a Class V hitch like the Curt # C15572 . Once you have the Class V hitch, you need an extender bar similar to the Hitch Extender # HE18 paired with an extended ball mount like the Hidden Hitch 13-1/4" Extended Ball Mount # BH20 in order to get the correct length clearance from the back of your camper.
You'll also want to consider adding a wiring extension like the Hopkins Coiled Adapter 7-Way Flat Pin to 4 or 5 Pin Adapter # HM47025 in order to connect the 7 way from your truck to your boat trailer lights, which provides up to 3 feet of extension from the wires on your truck. If your trailer has a different connector and this doesn't work, just let me know and I will give you a different one that will.
For what it's worth, check the payload capacity on the spec sticker on your truck; from what I found, your camper weighing in at 1900-lbs might be near the limits on your truck.
