Can the Fulton XP15 be mounted thru a center bolt or do you have to use brackets as shown in picture. I am wanting to replace an old Fulton trailer jack that mounts with one central bolt.

The Fulton jack # FXP15, is not meant to be mounted through the center bolt. It is designed to use the included mounting hardware that fits around the trailer frame. This will allow it to operate correctly and support the weight it is rated for (1,500 pounds).
You can use the Fulton jack, # FXP15W. This unit requires a mounting plate, # P9012-00, that welds to the trailer frame.
