Is There a Better Replacement for the Furrion DV3100 RV Stereo

Question:
I have to replace a 1 year old furrion dv3100 on my jayco. It simply is a bad unit that stopped working after 14 months. Of course the warranty is 12 months... the simple thing to do is replace with the same model, do you feel this is a quality product and I just was unlucky, or would you reccomend another system? Reviews for the 3100 on Amazon are horrendous, but Ive seen good reviews on other sites.

For starters, the one year warranty period for a stereo is pretty much an industry standard. In regards to the Furrion RV Stereo part # DV3100, this is not a bad stereo and it works really well for a bunch of people. These stereos are all going to have their issues but I can say that my personal experience with them has favored the Jensen brand as they tend to be the most reliable and we have the least amount of issues with them. I recommend the Jensen RV Stereo part # JWM70A to replace your Furrion RV Stereo part # DV3100. They both have very similar features such as Bluetooth, USB/AUX Ports, and Wireless Remote but the Jensen option is a bit better built in my experience and it also give you an additional zone to use.
