The JR Products RV Landing Gear Switch part # 37213635 has four terminals; power, ground, motor in, and motor out. This will be the case for all of our landing gear switches. That said, most likely you have dual landing gear motors and just need to combine the motor in and motor out for each side before attaching to the switch. If you like, you could also just use two switches, one for each jack leg. The Lippert Components 5th Wheel RV Landing Gear Switch part # LC145236 comes with the pigtail which will make the above process easier.
