Do the kits come complete with drums also?

The Hydraulic Trailer Brake Kit part # AKUBRK-7 does not come with the hub/drum nor do any of our braking assemblies. If you will need this as well then I would need to know your axle capacity and bolt pattern. If you have a 5,200 lb axle with 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern then most likely you will need the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly part # AKHD-655-6-EZ-K. There should be an axle tag on the center of the axle which I could then use to confirm the above.
