Question:

Hi, I would like to service my roadmaster sterling tow bar and want to make sure I order the correct kits. I would also like to change the inner nylon washers...can you varify and provide what I need for both arms. I also would like to convert the ends to accept the drings mounts on my jeep bumper and need the correct part number Thank you. My roadmaster sterling tow bar manf. # is 010105.

I reached out to my contact at Roadmaster regarding your older Sterling Tow Bar and he said for the complete repair kit you will need part # RM-910003-30.

For the inner arm bushing kit, which includes the needed washers, you will need part # RM-910003-40. There is no longer a kit available for the outer arm but we do have the Split Nylatron Bushing # RM-200029-00 that installs inside the larger outer arm assembly.

To attach to the D-Ring mounts on your Jeep either the # RM-035-1 for 1" thick shackle mounts or # RM-035 for 3/4" thick shackle mounts will work well.
