Question:
I have a Sterling Roadmaster tow bar Serial # R009668. My understanding is this is a earlier version of the towbar. I am looking for rebuild kit part numbers for the arms and the hitch end. Do you have these rebuild kits and what are the part numbers. also how old is this towbar and is it still safe to use. Thanks

Thank you for all of that info!
I reached out to my contact at Roadmaster who looked at your serial number and said your tow bar is old enough that if something needs to be replaced then the entire tow bar will need to be replaced.
To replace the tow bar you can either use the Roadmaster Sterling All-Terrain Tow Bar # RM-576 (since it sounds like you really like that tow bar), or I recommend checking out the etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar # e74ZR which has a little bit of a different design but will still match with your base plate kit.
