2018 Rzr xp 1000 got chocks and straps for every wheel, what kind of hardware to secure to wood deck on trailer?

The mounting hardware included with the Pack'em Wheel Tie-Down Kit # PK-WTD that you referenced, which consists of eight steel bolts and nylon lock nuts, will work perfectly for a wood deck. I have attached an installation video where we actually mounted this system on a wood deck trailer like what you have.
