okay I maybe should have worded that differently, can we just change the tail light without changing all the wiring? will new lights hook up to the old witing?

The taillights you have installed on your trailer are not the standard style that we carry so we aren't able to determine if just the bulbs are replaceable. If you remove the lens you should be able to determine this pretty easily.
The # TLL16RK that you referenced would give you all new wiring and light assemblies that have LED bulbs which basically won't ever burn out so this would be a great solution either way. Also it will bolt right up to the mounting bracket holes you have currently.
