Does this product light up on running lights as well as brake and turn signals?

Yes, the LED Cargo Carrier Light Kit, # 98174LED, does light up when the vehicle running lights are on. These lights are standard trailer stop/turn/tail lights, like part number, STL22RB. We have a video review that shows the functions of these lights.
