Question:

Looking for the right hitch combo to fit for truck camper use. My hitch is currently a 2" and is factory welded on so I keep finding mixed suggestions of what will and wont work. I want to be able to use the super hitch but the ones I have saw need a 2 1/2" on top and 2" on bottom and for whatever reason mine is a 2. Thanks

The correct TorkLift SuperHitch Original Trailer Hitch Receiver for your 2012 Ram 3500 is part # TLD1102. I am not sure where you are seeing that you need a 2-1/2" opening on top and then a 2" opening on bottom but all of the TorkLift SuperTruss Hitch Extensions like part # TLE1536 require a 2" opening on top and bottom so that is not correct. I have attached the different lengths offered for you as well.
