I own a 2017 jayco eagle ht fifth wheel and would like to replace my rectangle foot plates with the item #LC362486 and want to know if it works with my RV/ Thanks

The Replacement Front Foot Pad for Lippert Components Ground Control part # LC362486 is made specifically for the Lippert Components Ground Control 3.0 Leveling System which it does not sound like you have based on you saying you have rectangular foot pads now. That said, the Lippert Components 5th Wheel RV Landing Gear Foot Pad part # LC314667 would be a much better option because it has the wider footprint you are after and it will work with most power landing gear systems so it should be a match for your 2017 Jayco Eagle 5th Wheel Trailer.
