There is only one gooseneck hitch that is confirmed to fit your 2019 Ram 1500 with a 5-1/2 foot bed (as of July 2019), the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1319. The cut out of the instructions show where the hitch ball will be when installing this.

Since you have a 5-1/2 foot bed you will need the B&W Extend-A-Goose Gooseneck Coupler # BWTEXA4200 which has a 10" offset, in order to give you a way to make a turn with a gooseneck hitch installed. This coupler will fit a tube with a standard 4" outer diameter and is the best way for you to gain clearance when towing with your '19 Ram.

I contacted B&W and confirmed the correct offset ball for the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1319 that fits your '19 Ram 1500 is the 4" Offset Ball for B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Trailer Hitches # BWGNXA4085.
