Can Kuat Sherpa 2.0 Fit Subaru Outback Factory Hitch

Question:

I have a 2019 Subaru Outback with the factory installed 1.25inch hitch. The through hole for the hitch bolt is only 1 inch from the end of the hitch. I attached a picture. Can I use a Kuat Sherpa 2.0 with that? Thule told me that I cant use their Helium Pro rack, and that I can only use a special rack that they make for Subaru. Thank you!

The very shallow hitch pin of the factory hitch on your 2019 Subaru Outback Wagon makes installing bike racks challenging as most aren't compatible. The only way you could install the Kuat Sherpa part # SH22P would be if you replaced the factory hitch of the vehicle with an aftermarket one like the # C13410.
