Helpful Expert Reply:
I do have an option for you but the 2012 Kia Rio cannot be towed with all four wheels down. However, it can be towed behind your motorhome using a tow dolly, the Roadmaster Tow Dolly with Electric Brakes part # RM-2050-1 is what I recommend. This tow dolly will actually be more cost effective than a full flat-tow setup and it will not cause as much wear on the vehicle as only half of it will be making contact with the road which keeps your front suspension in full working order.
The Roadmaster Tow Dolly comes with everything that you need save for the Pollak 7-Pole Trailer Connector part # PK12706 so once you are setup, you will be ready to hit the road.
