Question:
Can you buy 2 cameras for the same monitor so you could have more than 8 hours use. Can you turn the camera off and on while driving to save battery life ? If you mount camera permanent, how do you charge it back up after each use ? Thank you

We have a Swift Hitch setup that comes with two cameras and a single monitor like you are looking for that has a 10 hour battery life like you are wanting as well. For that you'd want the part # SH03D. There isn't a way to remotely turn the camera off and on though.
If you permanently mount the base of the camera you can pop the ball socket from the base out so that you can then take the camera back and charge it.
