Question:
Looking for left and right hand side electric trailer brakes that have a square bolt patter. 2 7/8 side to side and 2 7/8 top to bottom. 4.4k axles. Your website is incorrectly displaying k23-454-00 and k23-455-00 as square bolt patterns. This is incorrect. I know because I ordered them and on delivery realized that your description was incorrect.

Expert Reply:
The 2-7/8 inch square bolt pattern that you need is a very common bolt pattern for 4-bolt brake assemblies that are 10 inch in diameter. The # 23-454 that you referenced uses a smaller bolt pattern at 2-13/16 inch by 2-13/16 inch which was common for brake assemblies made before 2009. The # K23-478-00 that you also referenced does not use a square bolt pattern at all so what you'd really be in need of is # 23-27 for the right hand side and # 23-26 for the left hand side.
