3.0 leveling system on wildcatmaxx 262. What is the max extension of the rear Jacks? Our trailer keeps going out of stroke

The maximum extension of the rear jacks on the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 Electric 5th Wheel RV Leveling System # LC358590 is 12-1/2 inches. Trying to extend the jacks further than that is what would trigger the "Out of Stroke" message you are seeing.
