Is the max air vent cover translucent?

The Replacement Lid for MaxxAir MaxxFans # MA05-30510 is made of opaque white plastic (not clear plastic). The MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent # MA00-05301K that this part fits is a powered vent with a fan/motor assembly. Since that part of the vent would block much of any light that gets through the lid there would not be much value in having a translucent lid on this particular vent.
A manual vent that does not have a fan/motor, such as # V2092SP-28 from Ventline, does have a white lid that is translucent since the light that does get through the lid could still make it to the RV interior.
