If you purchased the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13193 from us then all the necessary mounting hardware should have been included. Sometimes the hardware kit is well-hidden inside the hitch receiver so I recommend checking in there to make sure it's not there waiting for you. If you did purchase the hitch from us and the hardware is missing just let us know.
Otherwise if you purchased the hitch somewhere else and simply didn't get the hardware as well this can be obtained with part # RHK. Once on the product page just type the model number in the text box provided (C13193) and select "Curt" from the manufacturer drop-down menu. We will then send out the correct hardware for this hitch to install on your Ford Transit T350.
If your Ford Transit doesn't have the factory tow package I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118722 if your Transit has dual rear wheels or # C56327 if it has single rear wheels. Both of these options are custom harnesses that will plug right into factory ports behind the driver and passenger side tail lights to provide you with a 4-Way connector to power a trailer's basic signal lights.
I have attached a couple installation videos that you can use for reference.
