Does anyone make a custom snap on towing mirror for a 2017 Ford Expedition or any towing mirror?

I do have some universal towing mirrors that will fit your 2017 Ford Expedition but nobody makes any custom fit mirrors for your vehicle.
For your Expedition I recommend the CIPA Universal Dual Lens Towing Mirrors # 11953-2 because the dual mirrors are fully adjustable so that you can get the best view possible for your towing application. We haven't test fit these on an Expedition yet (July 2019) but I have attached a review video of these mirrors on a pickup and a customer picture of them on a 2017 Ford Explorer that you can use as a reference.
