You are absolutely right about the superb quality of Thule bike racks, so if you are looking for the best two-bike rack, look no further than the Thule EasyFold XT Platform Rack - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # TH903202 because it offers a plethora of convenience features unmatched in the industry.
It comes with an aluminum ramp so you can easily load your bikes, allows for simple access to your vehicle's rear cargo area via a foot lever that you can press to tilt the rack down, and tightens in your hitch with the twist of a knob. The EasyFold XT uses padded clamps to secure your bikes to the rack which are also a breeze to use; they have knobs that audibly click when the clamps are secure around your bike's frame so you know for sure exactly when the bikes are ready for transport.
Those clamps even have integrated locks that secure your bikes to the rack and there is also a lock in the knob that secures the rack to your vehicle's hitch, protecting your investments. The EasyFold XT # TH903202, true to its name, completely folds up and has wheels and a handle so once you remove it from your car it is simple to store.
The rack has a robust 65 lb per bike capacity so it is great even if you have heavy e-bikes, and fits tires that are up to 3" wide, though you can add the Fat Bike Straps for Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack # TH985101 if your tires are up to 4-11/16" wide.
I have added links to a couple of video reviews of this rack for you to check out as well.
