If you already have a 5th wheel hitch that fits standard base rails, like the B&W Patriot # BWRVK3270, then the B&W custom base rail kit # BWRVK2504 is what you want for your 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 New Body with the 6-1/2' bed.

If you don't already have a 5th wheel hitch then I recommend using the Demco Hijacker Autoslide # DM8550022 with the underbed rail kit # DM8551011. This Hijacker eliminates the need to get in and out of your Chevy to lock and unlock the sliding feature like you do for a manual slider plus it mounts to the underbed rails which means when you remove the Hijacker from your truck bed you will actually have a clean bed to load cargo into. The mounting kit is specific to the Hijacker but it is a bonus nonetheless. Please note that if you have a special type of pin box on your 5th wheel trailer you may need an adapter. If you have a standard pin box though this will work just fine.

You also may be interested in adding the Bargman # 50-97-410 so that you can have a 7-Way connector in the bed of your pickup for an easier wiring connector location.
