I have a RAM marine jack on my trailer and the cap is missing and the jack said its the 1000 series, so will this cap fit the top of my jack?

We do have the cap you need, which is the Replacement Cap for etrailer and Ram Swivel Marine Jacks - 1,000 lbs # MJ-1000B-CP, which is designed for the MJ-1000B Series jacks

The cap you referenced, the Replacement Cap for etrailer and Ram Swivel Marine Jacks - 1,500 lbs # MJ-1500B-CP is designed to work with a different model, the MJ-1500B Series jacks.
